Shipping Policy

Your order will be dispatched and delivered within 1-7 business days of receiving the order. However during busy times such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in different boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with healthsetgo.

It is suggested by us that you should give full and complete address with proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you, to the courier company. You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.

You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.

Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted. We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete addresses.



Cancellation Policy

Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched from our warehouse, which is usaully done within 1-7 business days of receiving the order. If we receive a cancellation e-mail and the order has already been "Dispatched" by us, we will not be able to cancel it. We take great care in providing you with the best products possible.

We retain the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. The customer further agrees not to dispute the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.
